What is Kinetic Reset Cohort?

Kinetic Reset Cohort is a live, small-group online coaching program (4–10 people) where you can train live with your coach as many times as possible

You train together, learn together, and progress through the same framework, supported by:

  • Choose from 4, 10, or 24-week experiences

  • a shared cohort WhatsApp group

  • weekly workout templates

  • and structured follow-ups

Everything is designed so you know what to focus on, how to train, and how to carry it through the week.

It’s especially suited for working professionals, people training with pain or stiffness, and adults over 35 who want structure and safety.
