Kinetic Reset Cohort — Refund Policy (Legal-Lite)

Program Nature

The Kinetic Reset Cohort is a process-based coaching program.
Delivery is defined by access to live sessions, structured guidance, resources, Circle access, and ongoing cohort maintenance. Results are not guaranteed and may vary by individual.

What Constitutes Delivery

Delivery includes:

• Scheduled live cohort sessions

• Access to program resources and materials

• Access to the Kinetic Reset Circle (reference value: ₹2,500/month)

• Ongoing coordination, prompts, and accountability via the Fitness Coordinator

Once access to these elements is provided, the service is considered delivered.

General Refund Rules​

• Refunds are not provided for:

  • preference mismatch,

  • missed sessions,

  • lack of perceived results.

• Refund eligibility is based on sessions attended, not time elapsed.

Package-Specific Refunds

4-Week Package

• No refunds once enrolled and access is provided.

10-Week Package

• After 1 session: 100% refund

• After 2 sessions: Downgraded to 4-week package + 50% refund

• After 3 or more sessions: No refund

24-Week Package

• After 1 session: 100% refund

• After 2 sessions: 100% refund

• After 3 or more sessions: Downgraded to 10-week package + 50% refund

• After downgrade: no further refunds apply

Refund Process

• Requests must be made in writing within 48 hours of the relevant session.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Payment processing fees may be deducted.

• Refunds are non-transferable.

Credits

At our discretion, a refund request may be replaced with a credit toward another Kinetic Reset offering. Credits are time-bound, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Final Note

By enrolling, participants acknowledge that they are joining a structured, guided process and agree to the terms outlined above.
