Refund Eligibility:

To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased a package greater than 10 sessions.

You have not used more than 10% of the clips of the package you have purached
​
Time Frame:

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please send an email to fitathome.norway@gmail.com.

In the email, provide your full name, purchase details, and the reason for requesting a refund.

Refund requests will be processed and credited within 10 business days upon receipt of the email.

Refund Amount:​

You will receive the complete amount which corresponds to the number of remaining clips

Non-Refundable Items or Services:

If you have already used more than 10% of the package​

Communication of Dissatisfaction:

Clients are expected to clearly communicate in writing via email or sms any reasons for dissatisfaction.

Exceptions:

No exceptions will be made.
