Terms & Conditions — Kinetic Reset

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in Kinetic Reset offerings, including (but not limited to) Cohorts, the Circle, 1:1 coaching, sessions, resources, and community spaces.
By enrolling or participating, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Nature of the Service

Kinetic Reset is a process-based coaching and education service focused on movement awareness, fitness integration, and long-term capacity building.

  • This is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual.

  • Participation requires personal responsibility, consistency, and engagement.

3. Eligibility & Participation

  • Participants confirm they are physically and mentally able to take part in movement-based sessions.

  • You agree to inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before participation.

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

4. Delivery of Services

Delivery includes:

  • Scheduled live sessions (as applicable)

  • Access to shared resources and materials

  • Access to the Kinetic Reset Circle during the active period

  • Structured prompts, reflections, and accountability systems

  • Ongoing cohort and Circle maintenance via coordination systems

Once access to these elements is provided, the service is considered delivered.

5. Access & Use

  • Access to sessions, resources, and community spaces is non-transferable.

  • Sharing of recordings, materials, or access links is not permitted.

  • We reserve the right to modify schedules, facilitators, or formats when required, while maintaining overall delivery integrity.

6. Community Conduct

By participating in the Circle or Cohort, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with facilitators and other members

  • Avoid unsolicited advice, diagnosis, or coaching of others

  • Respect privacy and confidentiality within the group

We reserve the right to remove access if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe to the community.

7. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change.

  • Payments must be completed in full to access services unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Taxes or transaction fees (if applicable) are the participant’s responsibility.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by the Kinetic Reset Refund Policy, available on the website.

Key points:

  • Refunds are based on sessions attended, not calendar time.

  • No refunds are provided for missed sessions or preference mismatch after participation.

  • Package-specific rules apply and are final.

9. Health Disclaimer

Participants acknowledge that:

  • Movement and fitness carry inherent risks.

  • They are responsible for working within their own limits.

  • Kinetic Reset is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow guidance or personal overexertion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, session structures, and resources are the intellectual property of Kinetic Reset.

  • Materials may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

  • Use is limited to personal participation only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Kinetic Reset shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the company’s operating location.
